Please help us in assessing the current coaching team staff members by completing the online coaching evaluation form. Your review and comments are considered with high regard and respect. This form has been used as a guide in selecting coaching staff members. Coaches name is Mandatory in completing this form
The evaluations are dealt with strict confidentiality and are only communicated to the present coaching staff based on your agreement. If you do not identify yourself or Player's Name, the form remains confidential still.

Rep/AE coaching staff positions for 2010/2011 IMHA season are now available for submission.
You can access the coaching application form HERE.
Options for submission:
1) Print the submission, complete it, scan it and eMAIL to 5adams@rogers.com
2) Print the submission, complete it, place it in the Vice President’s file folder section of the IMHA executive box, located at the Stroud Arena and then follow up with an eMAIL to 5adams@rogers.com to notify that an application has been delivered.
Deadline for submission: Midnight, Friday, March 5, 2010.
A/E coaches will be confirmed later based on the overall ‘A’ tryouts and the number of registrations in each of the respective divisions. Local League coaching applications will be announced at a later date.
Coaching Interviews will take place Saturday March 27th. Applicants will be contacted for scheduled time and location.
