IMHA Registration Information Hockey Season 2010/11

On-Line Registration
Players who register on-line must make sure that all conditions of acceptance have been met. The conditions of acceptance include: Payment in full, no outstanding accounts with Innisfil Minor Hockey Association, requested documentation received by Innisfil Minor Hockey Association. It is very important to use an active email address, as this is where your confirmation of payment will be sent. The confirmation will provide a receipt for you to print off for your records. It will also act as a receipt for the Children’s Fitness Tax Credit. Should it be found that you do not meet the acceptance conditions, your registration will be removed from the system.
Registration
Registration is open until 11:59 pm on August 1, 2010 for ALL PLAYERS wishing to register for the 2010/11 season with Innisfil Minor Hockey. Registration is on a first come, first serve basis. Registration will be on-line and payment is by cheque or money order received within 14 days of registration (at Innisfil Minor Hockey Association, P.O. Box 7175, Innisfil, Ontario L9S 1A9). All players signed to a representative team will pay half of the registration fee upon signing with a team along with a post dated cheque for the balance of the registration fee dated July 31, 2010. Innisfil Minor Hockey Association is offering the following dates ONLY for those individuals who want to register in person at the hockey office, July 26th and 27th, 2010 from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. The hockey office is located at the Stroud Arena. It is important to register early to avoid disappointment. Payment for Walk-in registration is by Cheque, Money Order or Cash.
New Registrants
If you are new to Innisfil Minor Hockey Association, you must provide a copy of the players Birth Certificate and proof of residency (a tax bill) with your registration. If you are moving to Innisfil from another centre, a letter stating you are a member in good standing is needed with your registration. You must also fill out a Residential Questionnaire, which can be found on the OMHA website. If you are registering on-line, you must submit the above documentation within 7days of registering to Innisfil Minor Hockey Association, P.O. Box 7175, Innisfil, Ontario L9S 1A9. If the required information is not received within 7 days, your information will be removed from the system and you will have to re-enter the player information.
Refund Policy
A request for refund of a portion of the registration fee, for a person who ceases to play with the Innisfil Minor Hockey Association prior to the end of the calendar year, due to medical reasons or relocation, may be submitted in writing to the treasurer. A $50 Administration Fee will be applied against all refunds.
